The warranty on the products supplied varies according to the manufacturer and the type of product/application. We work with reliable suppliers who offer guarantees within industry standards, however, it is important to note that the guarantee only covers possible manufacturing defects and does not include damage due to misuse, improper installation, natural wear and tear or use outside the recommended specifications.

DELIVERY AND LOGISTICS

We ship via courier to all regions of Portugal, except the islands (Madeira and the Azores). Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, so the price may vary depending on the weight, volume and destination of the order. If you need more information or a shipping quote, Ponto Sigma is happy to help.

The average delivery time for orders is 5 to 8 working days, unless we run out of stock.
